Facility Fees

Wedding Ceremony: $450.00 Peak $350.00 Mid & OffPeak

Includes 1 hour for ceremony, 1½ hours for rehearsal, use of the bridal changing room and photography time prior to ceremony. Garden ceremonies include white folding chairs. Ceremonies are only held in conjunction with receptions at the Headquarter House. An "On-site" wedding planner and coordinator is provided during the rehearsal, ceremony & reception. Officiant is not included.

Hours of Operation:
Events are booked for 4 hours (plus 1 hour for ceremony). Events held outside must end by 11:00 p.m. Events held inside must end by 12:00 a.m. Sundays, falling on a three-day weekend, will be priced as a Saturday. Facility fees are not inclusive of catering.

Food & Beverage Minimums are as follows:
Saturday is $2500.00; Friday & Sunday is $1500.00; all other events require a 50-guest minimum. (All minimums are exclusive of facility fee, ceremony fee, house charge or sales tax). A taxable house charge (18%) will be added to all food and beverage purchases. Applicable sales tax will be added to all taxable items.

Facility Fees include:
Tables and chairs, event set-up, break-down & clean-up. Linen and napkin color choice, cake cutting and champagne toast service. Outdoor events include white chairs and round tables for up to 200 guests (please add $3.00 per additional guest). Does not include decorations or their removal. Dance Floor (12 x 12) is $200.00. Additional hours may be available (rates vary). Weekend evening additional hour is $250.00. The facility fee is the amount of the reservation deposit. An "On-Site" event or wedding coordinator is provided.
